The AUG A3AW (Alpine Warfare) Steyr Sporting Rifle
Originally designed for the austere conditions of the Alps, the STG77 has served with the Austrian military since its adoption in 1977. The STG77’s original 1.5x integral optic was groundbreaking as most military rifles of the time were issued with iron-sights. While technology has advanced, the Austrian armed forces have stuck with an integral optic for its durability and ease of maintenance.
The AUG A3/M1300 Blackout Steyr Sporting Rifle
For the first time ever, Steyr Arms USA is offering a very limited run of the .300 AAC AUG standard (Austrian magazine) version. The receivers have been coupled with the issued AUG 1.5x 70mm SF Mildot integral optic. Designed for extended use in harsh environments, the SF 1.5x is constructed of 70 series aluminum and sports a simple but precise adjustment system and reticle for absolute reliability in adverse conditions.
AUG/A3 M1 Steyr Sporting Rifle
The iconic bullpup-style Steyr AUG has been one of the most recognizable rifles in the world since its adoption by the Austrian army in 1977 and is now available for civilian use as the Steyr AUG A3 M1, a semi-convertible ambidextrous rifle platform with an adjustable short-stroke, gas-piston operation chambered for 5.56x45mm (.223 Remington) ammunition in stock 10-, 30- or 42-round magazines.
